Abstract
Introduction & Background: As the Sheriff’s Office grows, there becomes a larger need for a more streamlined and efficient personnel management system. Essential Personnel is a software designed specifically for first responders that will assist in managing many aspects of law enforcement specific employee functions.
Discussion & Analysis: This grant will cover the cost of Essential Personnel for two years. During this time span, the Sheriff’s Office will be able to make a determination if this software will help us reach our employee management goals.
