Vote to adopt a Resolution Declaring Property Surplus and Authorizing Sale of Said Property
Abstract
Introduction & Background: The County must comply with statutory procedures when disposing of personal property. The public auction will be held online, beginning April 22, 2024, and ending April 30, 2024. The surplus property is located at the surplus lot on Renaissance Drive, Pittsboro, NC, 27312.
How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: There are no identified goals set in Plan Chatham associated with the declaration of surplused property.
Budgetary Impact: Surplusing the identified property has no impact on the budget.
