Vote to approve the contract amendment #2 for Green Revival Landscaping for the mowing of County facilities
ABSTRACT
Introduction & Background: Green Revival Landscaping has been performing the mowing at County facilities in accordance with the bidding process from FY23. As the County has added the new Emergency Operations Center, Chatham County Sheriff’s Annex and Pittsboro Aging Services, the contract value is now more than $100K and needs the Board of Commissioners approval. Amendment #2 also extends the contract term through FY25 for a third and final year.
Discussion & Analysis: Upon approval of the contract, the contractor will be able to begin the maintenance at the three additional sites as outlined.

Budgetary Impact: This project is proceeding in accordance with funds accounted for within the Facilities & Construction budget. The requested contract amount is $123,085.00.
