ABSTRACT
Introduction & Background: The carpet at DSS is now over 15 years old and is in need of replacement.
Discussion & Analysis: Upon approval of the contract, the contractor will be able to begin removing of the old carpet and install the new flooring in accordance with the approved scope of work.

Budgetary Impact: This project is proceeding in accordance with funds accounted for within the Facilities & Construction budget. The requested contract amount is $189,389.90.
