Introduction & Background: Chatham County Public Health Department has five (5) display racks and ten (10) shopping baskets to be declared surplus as they are no longer needed by the department. The baskets and displays will be used for healthy food distribution through CORA food pantry.
Discussion & Analysis: NC General Statutes 160A-279 authorizes the Board to approve the conveyance of personal property to a non-profit agency with or without consideration.
