Introduction & Background: The goal of the North Carolina Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program is to reduce the morbidity and mortality due to breast and cervical cancers in women by providing breast and cervical cancer screening services for eligible underserved women in North Carolina.
Discussion & Analysis: This agreement Addendum Revision #1 increases the capitated rate from $255 to $325 per women screened during July 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020, as described in Section VI.
