Action Requested: Vote on a request to approve easement agreements and deed of right of way associated with the Pittsboro circle improvements.
Introduction & Background: As part of the Pittsboro circle improvement project DOT needs specific temporary and permanent utility easements. There is also one location on the north side of the circle where the DOT needs additional right of way.
Discussion & Analysis: As compensation for these impacts, the DOT has offered the county a total of $26,700.
