Action Requested: Vote on a request to approve the Permanent Turn Lane Right of way and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement for Briar Chapel and approve Renee Paschal, County Manager, to sign the agreement on behalf of the County.
Introduction & Background: Briar Chapel is in the process of making roadway safety improvements to Manns Chapel Road at Great Ridge Parkway.
Discussion & Analysis: The improvements require a right turn lane which will cross the property and also require a temporary construction easement.
