Vote on a Request to Adopt Noise Ordinance as Amended
Introduction & Background:
The Board of Commissioners approved the amended Noise Ordinance on
February 19, 2018. However, it was brought to staff’s attention that some of the language may still create confusion. This Amendment better clarifies the Presumption in Prosecution for Noise Violations (§92.09) and removes Civil Penalties (§92.99).
