Introduction & Background: The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office is having to relocate their Investigations Unit from the Old Chatham County Health Department because of renovations.
Discussion & Analysis: This will give Staff the space they need
How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: N/A
Budgetary Impact: $1,650.00 will come out of the General Fund FY18 and $38,880 will be budgeted in FY 19
Recommendation: Approve the New Lease effective 6/1/2018
