Introduction & Background: Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina states that a project ordinance shall be adopted by the governing board for all capital projects.
Discussion & Analysis: Attached is a proposed project ordinance for the Perry Harrison Elementary Traffic Pattern Project. The project ordinance reflects the estimates presented in the FY2019-2025 Approved Capital Improvements Program.
Budgetary Impact: The budget for the Perry Harrison Elementary Traffic Pattern Project totals $423,500 and will be funded with capital reserve funds.
