Abstract
Action Requested: Vote on a request to adopt a Resolution for the Water Local Water Supply plans for the Asbury, Southwest and North water systems for 2016.
Introduction & Background: North Carolina General Statute 143-355 (1) requires that each local government prepare and submit a Local Water Supply Plan.
Discussion & Analysis: The Local Water Supply Plans (LWSPs) have been approved by NCDENR for 2016. The LWSP cannot be considered compliant with the requirements of NCGS 143-355 (1) until an adopted resolution is received by them.

Recommendation: Vote to adopt a Resolution for the Water Local Water Supply plans for the Asbury, Southwest and North water systems for 2016.
