Vote to approve a month-to-month extension for space currently being occupied by YMCA.
Introduction & Background:
The YMCA has informed the County that it will be moving to a new facility and is requesting that its current Lease for the facility floor space and upstairs office space (#206) with the County which is set to expire on June 30, 2017, be extended to a month-to-month basis beginning July 1, 2017. The term of the Lease shall be terminated on thirty (30) days’ notice by either party.

Budgetary Impact:
Current rent including office space is $3850 monthly.
