Abstract
Introduction & Background: Central Carolina Holdings picks up scrap tires from the 12 Collection Centers where residents can leave up to 4 tires in a six-month period. The contractor also pick-up tires from residents and scrap tire dealers that have taken scrap tires to the Solid Waste & Recycling Main Facility where there are two tractor trailers staged that residents and businesses load tires into the trailers that the contractor then takes the full trailers.
