Abstract
Introduction & Background: The County uses specialized software, Munis, from Tyler Technologies to integrate Finance, Payroll, and Human Resources (HR). Some of the benefits of this software are as follows: Financial management, seamless processes between HR and Finance that will reduce the double entry of employer information, an increase in paperless processes, and employee self-service.
Discussion & Analysis: The contract exceeds the $100,000 approval threshold for the Manager. Staff are requesting that the contract be approved for auto renewal.
How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: The specialized software will help support our overall comprehensive goals with financial management.
Budgetary Impact: The amendment reduces the annual amount to $202,200.35.
