Abstract
Introduction & Background: On August 17, 2026, the Chatham County Board of Commissioners approved nonprofit funding awards as part of the FY 2026-2027 budget. One of the approved allocations was funding for Webb Squared to support inclusive economic development and entrepreneurial assistance initiatives within Chatham County. The attached agreement formalizes the terms and conditions of the funding award and outlines the services to be provided.
Discussion & Analysis: The agreement provides a grant award of $100,000 to Webb Squared for the project titled Operationalizing Inclusive Economic Development FY 2026-2027 - Expanding Entrepreneur Coaching Infrastructure through the Chatham County Innovation Lab.
