As the transition of the Council on Aging to a county department concludes, this property will convey to the county.
Discussion & Analysis: As a member of the Siler City Business Park Condominium Association, Inc. this property also must also comply with the Declaration of Unit Ownership and Restrictive Covenants as recorded in Book 1184, Page 779 in the Chatham County Registry.
