Abstract
Introduction & Background: Le Bleu has split our accounts between the Raleigh and Greensboro locations based on the location of our various offices. The agreements have been updated to reflect which distribution center will service County offices. The agreements will be ongoing until the County decides to terminate.

Budgetary Impact: These agreements are multi-departmental. Each water cooler is $7.00 per month with a bottle deposit fee of $7.00 per bottle.
