How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: N/A
Budgetary Impact: The increase in rent is $500 per month for the remainder of the fiscal year (beginning in January for a total of $600 in FY2021-22). No budget amendment is needed at this time as there are funds available in other accounts within the Sheriff’s Office budget. This increase will necessitate an increase in rent for FY2022-23.
Recommendation: Motion to approve an amendment to the lease with Rosemary Street Properties and authorize the County Manager to execute the agreement.
