Abstract

Introduction & Background: Chatham County Pretrial provides investigations for all 1^st appearances and the information is used to determine bond conditions. Pretrial staff need inquiry-only access to eWarrants to provide accurate information to all judicial staff involved in first appearances.

Discussion & Analysis This contract will allow Chatham Pretrial Staff to conduct accurate investigations on all individuals.
