Abstract
Introduction & Background: The Historic Courthouse A/V upgrade fully funded in the FY23 Capital Improvements Plan. The current Historic Courthouse A/V system became unusable before its expected end of life and the Board of Commissioners awarded the bid to Justice AV Solutions on August 8, 2023.
Discussion & Analysis:Justice AV Solutions will replace various devices such as microphones and cameras and installing new cabling in many parts of the Historic Courthouse
