Abstract
Action Requested: Set a time for the February 1, 2016 Board of Commissioners Meeting.
Discussion and Background: The Board has the right to call a meeting the first Monday of each month. The first Monday in February the Board meets with the Cooperative Extension for its annual luncheon at Noon. The Board needs to decide if it has to call a meeting that Monday if it would like to schedule the meeting around the luncheon or at the regular 6:00 PM time.
