Abstract
Introduction & Background: Chatham County has been using NeoGov software for the past 3 years. This extends the contract for the next fiscal year.
Discussion & Analysis: NeoGov is an HR management cloud platform that integrates with our current financial system. NeoGov provides automation of job application processing, onboarding of new employees, policy review and tracking, as well as management of required training. NeoGov improves efficiency while providing employees with a centralized platform for training, policy review, and tracking of certifications.
