Stephanie Watkins-Cruz is the Director of Housing Policy at the North Carolina Housing Coalition where she leads statewide advocacy efforts to support affordable housing opportunities in North Carolina. Before this position, Watkins-Cruz served in Chatham County as a Policy Analyst, where she was instrumental in developing many of Chatham’s modern affordable housing assets and investment tools. We’re lucky to have her today.
