Introduction & Background: Mr. Aaron Hall resigned from the Chatham County Housing Authority and has recommended John Ruffin, Jr. to replace him. Mr. Ruffin is a retired corporate vice president and an attorney. He has received numerous awards for business, civic, and educational volunteer services. The Housing Authority feels Mr. Ruffin would be an asset to the board.
