Action Requested: Receive annual reports presentation from the Community Child Protection- Child Fatality Prevention Teams (CCPT-CFPT)
Introduction & Background: Each year the CCPT-CFPT is required to submit a report to the local Board of Commissioners. CCPT reports are written based on the calendar year.

How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: The work of this team is in alignment with the goal of “Foster a Healthy Community.” A growing body of research indicates a connection between adverse childhood experiences (ACES), including child abuse and neglect, and poor health outcomes in adulthood.
