Introduction & Background: Chatham County Utilities would like to apply for a CDBG Grant to replace water lines in Nature Trail Mobile Home Park. The grant amount is $750,000.00.
Discussion & Analysis: The grant would allow the county to replace the old and improperly installed water line in Nature Trail Mobile Home Park with minimal cost to the County.
Budgetary Impact: $37,500.00 match from Utility Capital Reserves
