Introduction & Background:
The Chatham Parks Foundation has existed as a nonprofit supporting Chatham County Parks & Recreation needs since 2000. After 16 successful years, the Foundation is dissolving in 2016. This resolution honors the impact that the Foundation has had on various recreation programs and facilities around Chatham County.
The Foundation has made a generous, final payment of $86,130.51. The Gift Agreement attached specifies how the gift is to be used.
