Abstract
Introduction & Background: The Chatham County Council on Aging has an existing lease agreement with Central Carolina Community College for the property and building located at 365 Hwy 87 N, Pittsboro. As the Council on Aging fully integrates as a county department, it is necessary to transfer the lease agreement from the Council on Aging to the County. The existing lease agreement expires on June 2, 2045.
Discussion & Analysis: The updated lease assignment of lease includes a provision to outline insurance requirements of the lessee (County).
