Abstract
Introduction & Background: At its May 19, 2025 meeting, the Board of Commissioners heard a request for a waiver to allow a state permitted pump and haul system to treat a portion of the wastewater generated at a proposed car wash on parcel 93106 instead of the Old North wastewater system serving Briar Chapel. The Board of Commissioners did not, however, act on the request.
Discussion & Analysis: Since the May 19, 2025 meeting, the applicant has asked the Zoning Administrator to determine whether a waiver is required and provided an analysis supporting their claim that a waiver is not required.
