Abstract
Introduction & Background: On October 1, 2024, the Chatham County Public Health Department launched a new electronic health records (EHR) system, Epic through UNC Health. With this transition, the Public Health Department has been exploring software platforms to manage its pharmacy inventory. After exploring multiple options, staff determined that Datascan was the best option based on functionality and cost.
Discussion & Analysis: The initial term of the agreement is one year and will automatically renew in successive one-year terms unless earlier terminated.
