Receive a presentation on the Pittsboro pre-development analysis final report and vote to adopt the resolution supporting the Downtown Pittsboro Public Properties Pre-Development Analysis
Abstract
Introduction & Background: Chatham County, in partnership with the Town of Pittsboro, has contracted with Bolton & Menk to conduct a predevelopment analysis on several properties in Downtown Pittsboro. This work is being undertaken as the County plans for the relocation of certain functions to Renaissance Drive over the coming decade. The analysis is intended to help guide both the County and the Town in determining appropriate next steps for these properties.
Discussion & Analysis: Bolton & Menk have completed and will present the Downtown Pittsboro Public Properties Pre-Development Analysis Final Report. They will present those findings to the Board.
