Introduction & Background: The County’s current multi-function printer contract ends June 30, 2023. An RFP was conducted through Cooperative Purchasing Partner, Sourcewell.
Discussion & Analysis: The hardware will be purchased using Sourcewell Contract #030321-SEC GPO and will utilize the cost per copy program.

Budgetary Impact: N/A. All departments have established a cost per copy budget.
