Introduction & Background: Jordan Wiley produced the student film The Story of George Moses Horton, highlighting the life and legacy of George Moses Horton, an enslaved poet from Chatham County whose contributions are of historical and cultural significance. Jordan was selected to represent Chatham County at the 2026 NCACC 100 Strong Productions Student Film Festival, which was held on April 25, 2026, in Cary, North Carolina.

                     

Discussion & Analysis: His participation in this statewide event brought positive recognition to Chatham County and reflects the creativity, talent, and promise of youth within the community.
