Abstract
Introduction & Background: The Commissioners have been requested to approve the appointment of Gail Gustafson as the Member of the Local Business Community and Madeline Krimm as the Substance Abuse Professional for the JCPC.
Discussion & Analysis: Julie Cummins has stepped down from her role as the Member of the Local Business Community. Nominated to replace her is Gail Gustafson, a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist with a private practice based in Pittsboro. She has a wealth of experience working with juveniles. Kaitlyn Warren left her employment with Chatham County, and subsequently, her role as the County Manager Designee for the JCPC. Renita Foxx is the new County Manager Designee. Ms. Foxx has already been appointed but is changing roles. Madeline Krimm has been nominated to fill Ms. Foxx’s previous role as Substance Abuse Professional. Ms. Krimm is the Substance Abuse Coordinator for Chatham County.
