Vote to approve easements with the Town of Pittsboro for Lewis Freeman Park
Abstract
Introduction & Background: The Town of Pittsboro is constructing Lewis Freeman Park located at 56 Rectory Street, which is adjacent to County property located at 192 West Street.
Discussion & Analysis: The Town has asked the County for an easement to build an ADA compliant parking space on the County property. This parking spot will serve the park. The Town has also asked the County for a temporary construction easement for use during construction of the park.

Budgetary Impact: No budget impact.
