Introduction & Background: Lt. Andre Gipson has served over 12 years.
Discussion & Analysis: In years past, on the event of a long-serving, sworn officer's retirement, their assigned service weapon, Glock 9mm. model 17, has been surplused and presented to them upon their retirement. It is our desire to honor Lt. Andre Gipson service to Chatham County and its citizens in this way.
