Introduction & Background: The CCAB bylaws state:
Section 2. Term of Office Pursuant to G.S. § 122C-118.2 or other applicable law, each board of commissioners may determine the manner of appointment, the term of office, and the conditions under which its appointment will serve on the CCAB. Members of the CCAB shall hold office and shall serve for such term until the appointment and qualification of a successor, or until such member’s death, resignation or removal.
