Vote on a request to approve reappointments to Library Advisory Committee
Abstract
Action Requested: Approve the three reappointments as requested by the committee.
Introduction & Background: The Library Advisory Committee has three seats with terms expiring on June 30, 2016. The committee has some seats assigned to commissioner districts, but appointees are not required to live in the assigned district. The use of districts has not been used in making the appointments for a long time.
The three members up for reappointment are very active and have asked to be reappointed to three-year terms ending June 30, 2019.
• William “Dav” Robertson, who just completed his first term, is assigned to Commissioner District 5
• Patricia Walters, who just completed her first term, is a full board representative
• Jamie Fiocco, who has served since 2008, is assigned to Commissioner District
