Action Requested: Vote on a request to accept $2,183 Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Funds Reduction.
Introduction & Background: The Local Health Department shall provide and/or assure pregnant women in North Carolina access to early and continuous prenatal and postpartum care in accordance with all the requirements established in the original Agreement Addendum.
Discussion & Analysis: This Agreement Addendum Revision #1 reduces by approximately 3% - 16% the funding for this Activity due to a reduction in the Maternal and Child Health Block grant.
