Abstract

Action Requested: 

Vote on a request to approve lease with CORA and give the county manager authority to execute the lease.

Introduction & Background: The lease with CORA will expire on September 30, 2015. We are extending the lease for one (1) year, with automatic renewals of (1) year, unless one party notifies the other in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term that it does not want the Lease to renew.

Recommendation: Motion to approve lease and give the county manager authority to execute the Lease.
