Vote on Reappointments to Environmental Review Advisory Committee
Abstract
Action Requested: Consider and vote on two reappointments to the Environmental Review Committee, as requested by the committee:
1. David Mattison, represents Commissioner District 2, for a new term ending June 30, 2018
2. Terry Schmidt, full board appointment, for a new term ending June 30, 2018
Introduction & Background:
Both David Mattison and Terry Schmidt have terms expiring on June 30, 2015 and are eligible for reappointment. Terry Schmidt filled a vacancy and has only served one year so far. David Mattison has served one full three-year term and is eligible for a second. He resides in Commissioner District 2 and would represent that district. Both are members in good standing and the committee asks that they be reappointed.
The county is currently advertising for two other seats and this is expected to be on the agenda in July.
