Vote to adopt the Parkers Ridge Park Amended Project Ordinance
Abstract
Introduction & Background: Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina states that a project ordinance shall be adopted by the governing board for all capital projects.
Discussion & Analysis: Attached is the proposed amended project ordinance for Parkers Ridge Park.
Budgetary Impact: The budget for the Parkers Ridge Park Project is increased by $3,348,493 to $9,350,378 and will be funded by additional Coal Ash funds of $2,405,000, additional State Grant funds of $300,000, and an additional transfer in from the Capital Reserve of $643,493.
