Abstract
Introduction & Background: DEVNET Incorporated is our current property tax software provider. Their services include license, maintenance, and support for the following:
• Personal Property
• Billing & Collection
• CAMA
• Mobile CAMA
• Portal
• wEdge E-Government
• EdgeMaps GIS Solution
Discussion & Analysis: The Tax Office staff believe that DEVNET has the best overall system that will afford the county opportunity to capitalize on efficiencies from the updated technology. The Tax Office has been very pleased with the execution of the contract and product deliverables and would like to renew the contract.
The agreement for DEVNET Incorporated for a five-year period is $546,925.90.
