Annex Renovations Phase II
Abstract
Action Requested: Request to approve Hobbs Architects, PA as the Architect for the Annex Building Renovations Phase II and, upon review and approval of the contract by the Chatham County Attorney, Jep Rose, authorize Charlie Horne, Chatham County Manager, to sign the contract on behalf of the County.
Introduction & Background: The County is renovating the Annex Building and used the RFQ process to select an architectural firm based on the criteria set out in the RFQ. Hobbs Architects, PA had the highest point total in each category and was selected for the renovations.

Recommendation: Motion to approve Hobbs Architects, PA as the Architect for the Annex Building Renovations Phase II and, upon review and approval of the contract by the Chatham County Attorney, Jep Rose, authorize Charlie Horne, Chatham County Manager, to sign the contract on behalf of the County.
