Abstract
PublicInput is a software company providing a software tool to increase and manage public input with our county residents and community partners.
Introduction & Background: The previous agreement approved did not allow access to multiple departments and was only for the County Manager’s Office.
Discussion & Analysis: This new agreement now provides access to 3 additional departments with 10 users. The increase from one department access to 4 departments will allow increased efficiency and community engagement for multiple departments including the Manager’s Office, Planning, Public Health Department and Library. All will have a central location to track and engage the community now comes with a small increase to the agreement from $94,380.00 to $119,925.00, which is a 3-year agreement to be paid in yearly installments of $39,975.00.

Budgetary Impact: $94,380.00 to $119,925.00, which is a 3-year agreement to be paid in yearly installments of $39,975.00. The funds will be used from the Blue Cross “Building Integrated Communities Action Plan Acceleration” Grant.
