Vote to approve lease.

Introduction & Background:

Tenant has leased the Premises located at 815 Sanford Road, Pittsboro, North Carolina from the County for several years. The current lease will expire on June 30, 2015.  The county has agreed to continue the lease for three (3) years, with an option to continue the lease for two (2) three year extensions.
