Abstract
Action Requested: Approve FY2021-2022 BCBC of NC Administrative Services Agreement (ASA) Contract Changes and authorize the county manager to execute renewal application documents.
Introduction & Background: Agreement reflects update to existing contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC for FY2021-2022 for third party administrative service of group health insurance coverage. As a part of the renewal process, the following will also be completed and submitted:
a. Employer Group Application
b. ERISA Information Form
c. Agent Fees Collection Agreement (won’t actually require a new signature as there are no changes)
d. 2021 Self-Funded Renewal Change Form
e. Program Selection Chart
