Introduction & Background: Receive presentation on FY2024 budget survey feedback and discuss potential changes to budget processes for FY2025.
Discussion & Analysis: At the end of the FY2025 budget process, Budget staff distributed a survey to all members of the Board of Commissioners in an effort to determine which portions of the budget process are working well for the Board and which portions need to be revisited and, potentially, altered to provide for a better budget process for the Board.
How does this relate to the Comprehensive Plan: This item does not directly relate to the Comprehensive Plan; however, the annual operating budgets include funds that have a direct impact on furthering the goals of the Comprehensive Plan.
