Introduction & Background:
The current lease with Edward and Donna Rogers is expiring on June 30, 2016. This new lease will run from July 1, 2016-June 30, 2017, and allows for a one-year renewal, if the County choses to exercise its right to renew. The building houses the Chatham County Parks and Recreation Department.
